Cancellation Policy.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by mailing us at  OR WhatsApp us at : +918793331118.

Note : Order will not be cancelled once it is processed in our warehouse and dispatched.

For all the cancelled orders (within 24 hours) : Refund to original mode will be issued.

For all the cancelled orders (After 24 hours)_ : NO REFUNDS to be issued.

For all the out of stock items : Refund to the original mode of payment.

For all the  exchanged items . Same amount of coupon code will be credited to your account , shipping charges are non refundable , only product amount will be credited.

F or the delayed orders : NO refunds to be issued for any kind of delays in order , either you can wait for your order or you can exchange your order with any ready
to ship product . If you are cancelling the order , only coupon code will be issued to you .

Any kind of misbehavior/abusive language will not be accepted with our executives.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes,you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have shipped it,

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For all cancelled orders within 24 hours, you will receive the refund with the

cancellation fees of 3% to your original mode of payment within 4-7 business days.

OR same amount of coupon code will be credited to your account.

Refunds (if_applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify

you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the

approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note of same

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be

Periwinkley Shop makes every effort to secure a stock for you at time of purchase.

However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a store

credit or refund for the out of stock item.


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
